Submission of Abstracts/ Full Papers
Submitted abstracts/papers will be peer-reviewed by qualified individuals and evaluated based on originality, technicality and research content/depth, correctness, and relevance to the conference, contributions, and readability.

Note: Presenters may present papers without having their papers published.
Procedure of Submission
All abstracts and papers should be sent electronically in MS Word-compatible file format to the SSPIS 2023 via the seminar email at sspis@usm.my. The authors are responsible for proofreading their papers. The Seminar Secretariat is not responsible for any editing work on the paper. Papers with extensive errors (grammar and spelling) will be returned to authors without review.
Articles previously published, under consideration by another conference or journals, and with a pre-existing copyright may not be submitted for review and consideration.
Late Paper Submission
The authors are advised to submit their full paper on the date decided after the seminar. Papers submitted after the date may not be included in the conference proceedings.
